NOTE: The flow rates shown above shall be used as a guide/reference only to illustrate the capabilities of the flow control/regulator sets when used to infuse the selected drug in combination with the selected parameters. These are a representation of expected values using the SCIg60 Infusion System based on testing at room temperature between 20°C - 25°C (68°F - 77°F), and may vary based on different needle lengths, fluctuations in temperature (which significantly affects the viscosity of the selected drug), large height differences between the infusion pump and infusion site, and patient anatomy. Flow rates shown above represent an average expected flow rate, and may in some cases, for the VersaRate and VersaRate Plus, be lower or higher by up to ±40% at position settings 1-2, up to ±20% at position settings 3-4 and up to ±15% at higher position settings. This is a typical range of variability for these types of adjustable flow control devices. For the Infuset fixed rate controller, average flow rates may be higher or lower by up to ±15% due to system tolerance and the sources of variation already mentioned.
